Ramesh Byanjankar
Treasurer
Ramesh Byanjankar has been helping the community as a volunteer both in his native Nepal and in the United States. From a young age, Ramesh dedicated himself to volunteering, contributing to the construction of schools and the preservation of historic sites, including the Bagmati River area at Sankhamul, community halls and restoring stone taps.After relocating to the United States, he participated in various runs to raise funds for good cause such as the Run for Autism and e-library in Dang, Nepal, and supporting 'Hamro Life’. His most recent endeavor involved an extraordinary feat of endurance, running the Moab 240-mile race over four days. This grueling challenge was undertaken to raise funds for the Nepal Education and Cultural Center Trail, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others through health, education and cultural preservation. Currently, Ramesh is serving as a Treasurer at NECC. His main objective as a treasurer is to have financial transparency and enhance and update the NECC financial infrastructure for timely and accurate reporting and budgeting.
